Why do I need to give so much information before I can use the service?

Answer:
At venacus we’re committed to providing an ethical service for users that have a legitimate use for this service. These users include IT-Admins, Cybersecurity researchers, journalists, private investigators, and police departments. To reduce service misuse we need to verify our users.

How long does the verification process take?

Answer:
Usually one to two business days, we’ll get back to you as soon as possible with an email.

I can’t upgrade my account!

Answer:
Because users with premium accounts unlock the complete range of powerful features offered by our platform, an upgrade is therefore only possible after the account has been verified.

There are a lot of duplicate results

Answer:
This is due to the fact that hackers re-post the same leaks multiple times. We opted not to remove this duplicates because different leaks might includes different hints to the origin of the leak or what service it affects. For example a certain email and password combination might have been leaked from service A but in a new combolist it shows that the same logins are valid for another service.
